UT’s Faculty of Economics and Kastrati Group Launch Collaboration to Empower Excellent Students (EDUCATION)
Memorandum of Cooperation with the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana. This collaboration aims to guarantee support for excellent students, to find emplpyment in Kastrati Group companies and to gain work experience as well as to be involved in various projects that will add practical value to their studies.

Junior Achievement Program
Supporters of the Junior Achievement program, with the aim of empowering Albanian youth to cultivate them with mindset, competences, and confidence for their future as leaders.

Support for the ‘Tung Ideve’ program, with proposals for businesses created by students of Epoka University.

Scholarship for the WizzAir Academy
Kastrati Group and Wizz Air are collaborating to provide education for aspiring pilots in Albania through the Wizz Air Pilot Academy (WAPA). This scholarship not only eases the expenses of the students, but also allows them to focus on the academy training without worrying about the upfront costs. This initiative is dedicated to promoting the development of education in Albania and helping young people to realize their career ambitions.

Educational visits with children to Kastrati Group company premises
Kastrati Group organizes educational visits for students to their companies. Two of which are visits to the Selita Water Factory and Tirana International Airport. These visits gave the students valuable knowledge about the functioning of a large company. At the Selita Water factory, the students learned about production processes, while at the Tirana International Airport they gained knowledge about airport management and logistics.

Supporting the passion for mathematics!
Kastrati Albania proudly supported the girls' team to represent Albania at the European Mathematics Olympiad for Girls held in Georgia.

Donation to the orphanage, Tirana
On the occasion of June 1, Children’s Day, Kastrati Group donated toys and supported the celebration for the kids of the orphanage in Tirana.

Kastrati Group is an active part and board member of the ESG Network, which aims to unify good practices in order to maintain standards in terms of internal corporate governance, environmental approach and social aspects.

Kastrati Group supporting groups in need
Through ‘Partners Albania’ Organization, Kastrati Group has supported the creation of a resource class at the ‘Rifat Manjani’ high school, in Shupenza, Bulqiza. Through this community initiative, a suitable developmental environment was created in the school premises, with appropriate didactic materials, as well as personalized activities that develop not only the intelligence, but also the social and emotional skills of students, with the aim of their integration into society.

Empowering women with a history of violence
Kastrati Group, in collaboration with the European Center, has offered employment contracts to women and girls in rehabilitation shelters who are ready to re-integrate into society. Empowering women is one of the most sustainable means to ensure that women have their independence and voice, to protect themselves. Recognizing the power of work and the independence it brings, Kastrati Group chose to offer this very tool so that some of them can have a positive change in their lives.

Kastrati Group and Tirana International Airport join the campaign against breast cancer
Kastrati Group and Tirana International Airport joined the campaign against breast cancer, led by the YWCA association. The campaign has been extended over several months and has had various activities aimed at raising awareness about the importance of early diagnosis. During the month of October, known worldwide as ‘Pink October’, Kastrati Group and TIA welcomed a photographic exhibition by photographer Rezart Gurashi focusing on women who have overcome the challenge of breast cancer. An installation created by sculptor Ergys Krisiko was also inaugurated, in the form of a pink ribbon, as a symbol of strength, support, and hope for women and girls affected by breast cancer.
