Kastrati Group JSC in 50% partnership established in 2016 the concession company ALBANIAN HIGHWAY CONCESSION LLC which will operate for a 30 years concession contract with the Government of Albania.

The operations of the Milot-Morinë Highway concession comprises of: the construction and upgrade of interchanges, bridges and roads; maintenance and upgrade of the highway; operation of the Thira Tunnel; Operation of the 1st and only Toll Road Station in Albania.
