LAKE PARK CENTRAL

Lake Park Central consists of Hyatt Regency Tirana, Hilton Tirana and a set of 6 new buildings varying from 10-17 stories which will offer branded apartments and office/commercial spaces. The architectural project developed by Archea Studio, is conceived as a natural consequence of the strong link between the main axis of the town and its most important Urban Park. Situated in the center of the capital, this development aims to offer 5-stars hospitality and services to all visitors.

The project is developed by Kastrati Hotels & Towers and its expected completion date is 2023.
