DOWNTOWN ONE

Downtown One is a mixed-use skyscraper located in Tirana Central Business District area and in the immediate vicinity of the city center. Downtown One is the first building in Albania to have been awarded a LEED precertification on the gold level by the U.S. Green Building Council as “green” building. The architectural project of Downtown One was designed by the world-renowned architectural studio MVRDV. The most striking feature of the architecture is the carving of the map of Albania in the heart of the façade and the combination of balconies and lodges. The construction and HVAC project was developed by world-renowned studio ARUP.

Downtown One is the tallest building in Albania with a height of 150 meters and 40 stories comprising of apartments, offices, commercial spaces and 5 underground parking floors. It will become a notable example in Albania of how to maintain an environmentally conscious, enjoyable, comfortable and healthy destination where people can live, work and shop.

This project developed by Kastrati Construction is expected to be delivered by 2024.
